STAKEHOLDER FORUM
The stakeholder forum is the universe of people directly involved or potentially interested in the ADVANTAGE JA, the first European Joint Action which plays an essential role in tackling frailty. It proposes a common management approach of older people who are frail or at risk of developing frailty in the European Union (EU) and suggests what should be prioritized in the next years at European, National and Regional level.

The Stakeholder Forum represents the Frailty Stakeholder Universe composed by ADVANTAGE JA Members (Steering Committee (SC) and the General Assembly (GAss)), identified key external stakeholders involved in supporting the implementation of the Joint Action: the Expert Panel (EP) and the External Advisory Board (EAB), and other potentially interested stakeholders to be yet identified.

HOW FRAILTY IS CURRENTLY ADDRESSED IN THE ADAVANTAGE JA MEMBER STATES.

The map provides an overall picture of the degree of development of frailty prevention and management activities in each participating Member State in 2018. When clicking on the specific domain of interest the map will show the overall situation at European level, according to the levels of classification of member states as shown in the legend.

Moreover by clicking on each Member State (MS), information on the commitments in the area of frailty that each Member States will develop in the future (Roadmap) will appear in a pop-up window. This will also give information on the main Networks/Organizations dealing with Frailty, Reports/Documents tackling Frailty, Older people advocacy organizations/Groups and Frailty campaigns which have been developed at National or Regional level in the country.
