• N.O.R.A. ("Non-operatory Room Anaesthesia"): diagnostic and therapeutic services for those in need of anaesthesia, sedation and anaesthetic care outside of the operating theatre.
• Emergency-Urgency: measures aimed at all patients with compromised vital functions in the care of the Research Hospital (POR) in Ancona. It also provides for the transfer of patients with medically treated deficits of vital functions that require admission to intensive departments of other hospitals.
• Outpatient pre-admission: Properly prepares patients for surgery; The entrance is reserved only patients waiting for intervention, both in the ordinary hospital and in day-surgery (one-day hospitalization).
• Activities of Pain Therapy: performs analgesic therapies to solve or alleviate acute pain related to pathologies or post-operative pain.
• Training: organizes accredited training meetings on the subject of safety in the Operating Theatre, in line with the programme of the World Health Organisation (WHO) "Safe Surgery Saves Lives".
